Northern States Power - Sioux Falls, SD


4160V risers and 69kV loop into the South Sioux substation. There are actually two subs in this enclosure - the one shown is the older 4160V section - a newer, larger section behind it puts out 13.8kV.
The lower riser on the dual riser pole is now permanently out of service; that circuit is fed from a 13.8/4160V step-down a block east. The sub was later removed and the 4160V system replaced by a pair of 13.8kV circuits.
