I always loved such places, as a kid even, i can remember that. People with such stores, like this man for instance, ok, i'm talking about my fiction now so excuse me if i'm wrong, they always have that hope that ONE day, ONE person will need ONE of these things, they just hold on to that thought, that makes them special, it kind of markes them even. All the ones i knew that had such stores or just barns or garages full of things the most of us would desrcibe as "trash", all those people had something special, well, to me. You just captured that special man in a perfect way, he's so ONE with all that stuff!! Well i do hope he was the owner of that store, otherwise my story really makes no sence at all, he he.
