Die van de Kerkhofs pausen 

Insgesamt sieht das dann so aus:

absolut fantastisch

Urlauber-Denkmal ;-)

bei der Bekleidung ist der Titel nicht verwunderlich

ja, eine davon. im frühjahr hab ich sie in schmallenberg/hochsauerland gesehen ... und im sommer bin ich extra deswegen nach wiedenbrück gefahren. :-)

witzigerweise stehen zwei dieser puppen in einem kleinen ort hier in der nähe. ich nehme an, dass die gemeinde sie mal anlässlich eines jubiläums gekauft hat. eine davon ist dieser jäger:

One time I set on top of the stairs of the Sacré Coeur. I was looking at the people coming up and tried to guess where they came from. Most of the time I was right about the dutch.
It's a nice game.

in summertime it's easy to guess who's driving in front of you around our lake with
30 km/h ... :-))

. ... the Biggesse, a dam. we've got a lot of dams here ... drinking water for the region around the big cities dortmund - essen - duisburg. but I didn't upload pics ... too boring, imho. :-)

there's an old one from 2005 ... but I leave it private, because it's not very interesting:



it's taken from a dam between two lakes. in the back there's a special bridge. the cars drive on top, the trains below. :-)

But a perfect place to pause for the van de Kerkhofs

there are a lot of dutchs at the camping places around the lake. ... and for me van de kerkhof is the dutch name. :-))

It is a well known name in Holland. Translated it means 'from the cemetery' and it's the name of the famous twin brothers van de kerkhof, who played in the dutch soccer team for years

oh, yes ... "kerkhof" is "Kirchhof" in german. I never thought that way by using the name (for me every dutchman is a van de kerkhof ... jan-willem! :-)) )
