A Cissna Park Fire Protection District or CPFPD was in a hurry going south in a Pierce brand fire truck to help out to extinguish a tire recycling plant that caught fire in Hoopeston, IL. June 2013.

OK, I strained my brain for you! I think it stands for "Cissna Park Fire Protection District" and they were probably responding (mutual aid) to this fire: www.youtube.com/watch?v=tOtzyNpdDJw

You did a fine job Mark! You are correct and thanks for your help and tags!! I was going to research it further, but I'm pretty back logged with photos to be posted thank to all of the days I was transferring my photos the hell out of Flickr!
I went through the smoke of this fire and it could be seen 12 miles north in Milford, IL. coming south going to Danville, IL. This fire burned for I think 3 and half days. It was on SR-9 about a mile east of SR-1 in Hoopeston, IL. Google maps simplified seeing these locations now.
