Eine Woche nach dieser Aufnahme war die Klimaanlage nur noch Schrott!

So eine unverputzte Wand schreit ja förmlich nach einer Wärmedämmfassade. Das wirkt ja dann schon ähnlich wie eine Klimaanlage. Der entsprechende Sonnenschutz für die Fenster und ein durchdachtes Lüften gehört dann aber dazu.

Efeu hat so seine Tücken. Wir kämpfen hier auch dagegen an. Vom Nachbargrundstück kommt es durch alle Ritzen gekrochen und wenn man nicht aufpasst, hat es sofort wieder etwas überwuchert. Die Dachrinne an der Garage mussten wir schon erneuern.
