Eine aussagekräftige Serie über eine schon damals ziemlich widersprüchlich erscheinende Gesellschaft im Kontrast zwischen Moderne und Tradition. Mit ist aufgefallen, dass auf den Bildern kaum Frauen abgelichtet sind. Die schiitische Frau war damals mehr als heute nichtöffentlich, wenn die Bilder repräsentativen Charakter haben.
