De trams van lijn 2 in Montpellier zijn voorzien van een fleurig design.

Polyrus, mick Micro 4/3 have particularly liked this photo

Cute tram. Absolutely no advertising! How can that town afford it?

Yes it is cute! Even the interior has this flower design.

Nearly all French tramway systems have almost advertising free cars. With good design and advertising free cars the public transport companies try to offer attractive and recognizable public transport. Unfortunately most German urban transit companies do follow a different strategy.

You are right about german public transport. There is no use to take pics of the regular line busses in my town as they are just strange and ugly. They even use a special half translucent foil over some parts of the side windows that hides them under the adverts from afar but allows the riding customer to look out a bit like through a darkening curtain. They all show logo banner below the windows, overtowered by different stupid grinning big portrait heads and speaking bubbles saying how content the heads are with the local utility services -- LOL
