It' not a matematical, but a statistical issue: What is counted here, and does this give us some useful information...
As Iljuschin wrote, this counter is the same for several pictures (more than 50 I think), so the higher number compared to this pictures views is reasonable.
What's not reasonable is the number compared to the sum of all views the counter is present. That's a total number of several 10000. Taking that, the number is not reasonable, or, what I would say, the view number ipernity is counting, is not correct. Or let's say, ipernity is most probably not only counting real views, but also visits of bots and so on...
