I have to say Isabel, I loved driving my motorhome, especially as I got to live my best life!

I relate very much, Maggie! Bike lanes are quite a bit more trafficky since the pandemic (people prefer to avoid public transport, if they can) and sometimes I get yelled at for stopping my bike suddenly while my mind is already busy composing and framing the picture I want to take...
I really like how the vineyards turn different colors here, perhaps due to the different exposure or different variety of plants and the patterns the orderly lines form on the landscape.

I've assumed the colour change is varietal. With a view like this, who cares why?!!!

The black soil looks volcanic but I didn't know the soil there was volcanic. Liveand learn!

I haven't really thought about it, now I'm trying to remember what colour the soil is in Garrotxa ...

WOW!!! What a shot!! Your composition is perfect, and I just love the autumn colors and the shape of the vineyards heading up and over the hill. I am guessing that LWD is your dog?! *pictures dog sliding of car seat and onto the floor upon braking*

Glad you could stop...so many times we are going somewhere and I wish Steve could stop but of course, that would be a bad idea! So I look and try to remember. Glad you got this gorgeous view!

Men are reluctant to stop for anything! LWD is indeed my white Labradoodle x Bichon frise, a very well travelled drama queen, who is happy to stop as often as I like!

It's been a good week so far - cataract surgery done yesterday!

Pleased you got your cataracts done, Maggie. I have been waiting since September and now put back again to Jan. And my eyesight is getting worse by the day. But they say it isn't priority here and what with the rise of Covid cases again, I understand there are other priorities. I can't complain, after all they saved my life this year (Covid).

Good to see this again. Thanks for another visit.
