Milling

I was taking a lot of passes. Either 0.1mm or 0.05mm, depending on how loud it got.

The first set of holes were of no use. After drilling I noticed that the block wasn't square enough. Depth wasn't uniform either. The 2nd set of holes did the job. It still wasn't a piece of cake, but it worked.

I was trying to build a contraption that would allow me to punch circles into the white plastic foil of my Ikea SAMTID lamp. Unfortunately the wood is too soft, the punch is too dull and the plastic too tough. This was milled in 2 steps and had to flipped over.
