welcome to the machine (2nd. upload, sorry I screwed it) 

Seltsam dass fast jeder (ich eingeschlossen) sich an das "Animals"-Cover erinnert fühlt, obwohl im direkten Vergleich die Ähnlichkeit doch nicht so groß ist.

Ich glaube das liegt an dem Teil, das ich gerade per note markiert habe.

Es fehlen doch aber nur zwei Schonsteinchen... :

musste auch sofort an das animals cover denken und auch direkt daran, dass 'welcome to the machine' von der 'wish you were here' ist. den text davon finde ich (so wie das foto natürlich) sehr geil, darum kann ich nicht anders:

Aside from the Pink Floyd reference (love it!), I really like the use of contrast on this one, the dark areas and the silhouetting effect of backlighting. I'm always afraid of having too much dark in my pictures - I'll need to work on that.

Thanks a lot for your interesting comment, ypell. I guess you've already gathered from my images, that I am not afraid at all to have darkness in my pictures, since I am chasing after an idea, an emotion, a statement rather than trying to show a place or something, hence I often violate rules of photography, but I do that totally unafraid ;) :))

Es ist eines der beiden großen Kraftwerke in Berlin (das andere steht in Charlottenburg) und dieses hier am Ufer der Spree im ehemaligen Osten, genau schräg gegenüber der S-Bahn-Station Jannowitzbrücke! Ist ein tolles Teil und sieht nachts noch viel besser aus, da es toll beleuchtet ist. Ich muß wirklich mal wieder mit Stativ bewaffnet auf Nachttour gehen ...
