I spent part of my evening going through some of your other shots for the first time - very exciting (in a "visually superior and intellectually-stimulating" way), as I think I said on the last one I looked at.

But it was the mood of this one, the mood captured in this one that made me think "hey ! I need to see more of this artist's work !". Does this picture also appear as the basis for another, later in your stream ? One with an overlay of textures ?

nope, not really. I can't recall anyone telling me, but I take it as a nice compliment. I confess I even had to look up Merle Oberon. Well but being compared to Kate, that's quite something and yeah, at least colour of eyes and hair are matching, the rest, I dunno ;)
