stimmt, die Belle Etage!! Ich lebe übrigens auch auf einer, Bau von 1903, mit noch intakter Jugendstil-Balustrade zwischen Wintergarten und Wohnzimmer :) In solchen Räumen kann man noch "roamen" ;) :))
