Battersea "Imperial Walkers" ;) (big size a must!) 


abandoned dock cranes by the Thames shore right in front of Battersea Power Station. A sight to behold for rust 'n' crust fanciers :)

Der Himmel war an dem Tag einfach umwerfend, wie Du auch an allen anderen Fotos der Battersea Serie sehen kannst. Es war sonnig und stuermisch und irgendwie wetteiferten die Wolkenformation darum, noch spektakulaerer zu sein als jede vorherige.

Oh, I have never stopped being online, it's just that my sparetime in London has been so short and filled with so many new and important projects that I had barely a chance to come here for other than posting one or two images and disappearing again. I miss my time here but just can't make enough time for it, sorry :(

Abandoned structures as massive as these cranes & the power station fasinate the hell out of me! They certainly are a sight to behold! I'm also fasinated that they were allowed to exist for so long. Thank God for that! Over here, they probably would have been history long ago.
