Because Ipernity behaved strangely with the filter, i had to zip it. I hope you can use it!

An 8bf filter to remove 'lost' (i.e. stand-alone) pixels AFTER the Cartoon-Filter. You might try consecutively different settings, e.g. "sensitivity 1" followed by "sensitivity 2", followed by "sensitivity 1".

For Dany: with separate colour reinforcing/suppressing and negative switch.

The other filter (OldMedia) offers the possibility to add b&w noise to images (static noise). This filter adds colour noise.

This version offers more options for the Pop-Art-conversion.
