free irfanview, playing with free filters... but i'm going to stop playing with the filters... i'm thinking of making a 'dogma'-group, if there isn't any yet.
EDIT: there is a "dogma 08" group... but there seem to be photo's in there that have been treated; and also with frames etc.

i'm not sure if anything can be "dogma" nowadays ;) you are treating every pic in a way ;) even if only resizing :P (same thing with scanning :P it is treatment ;))

hm, true. but well, just the minimum to make it viewable (such as scanning) is okay. just like, well, dogma movies needed to be developed as well before viewing.
