Name weiß ich jetzt leider gerade nicht (war mir bisher unbekannt, AFAIR Limandes), aber sehr lecker. Koch: Karsten Wulff (1 Michelin-Stern)

nein, keine seezunge. ich habe den namen irgendwo, muss nur den zettel finden. stand auf der speisekarte. seezunge hätte ich ja gekannt. ;-) es klingt wirklich so wie limandes - oder ist limandes. wie gesagt - ich werde den zettel wiederfinden. ;-)

edit: ach so, limandes IST ja rotzunge... aber es war lengfisch, wie ich jetzt wieder herausgefunden habe.
