pflaumen im baconmantel 


sehr lecker fürs büffet und offenbar ein klassiker - erstmals erlebt letztes jahr bei einer party. noch besser sind sie mit je einer halben, geschälten mandel als kern. kann man warm und kalt essen. kam wieder darauf, als ich die viel zu teuer im supermarkt fertig abgepackt sah.

Bei gekochtem Fleisch würd' ich allerdings auch zum Vegetarier werden.
(Außer bei Tafelspitz--da werd' ich zum Tier....)

es geht beides. auf der party waren es glaub ich sogar datteln, aber das fertige im supermarkt war mit trockenpflaumen, und das trockenpflaumen-rezept kennt auch google. :-)
