The Gift 

A beautiful gift it is. I really like the gesture quality emphasizing form and color. Some demand the photograph to be razor sharp where every detail is visible and clear and would dismiss ones that do not conform forgetting that a photograph is not only to document but to interpret and to express. This one is an example of an expressive photograph where the focus is not the person but a situation and a feeling. Very beautifully and tenderly captured. Bravo.

Many thanks my friend for your great comment. It describes 100% my feeling about the picture. It is also interesting to see that the picture did not draw any attention because it is not sharp, etc. I almost deleted the picture as it was an error and then I said: wait, perhaps this moment has a great potential, and it did!
