Gemüse-Bratlinge auf geröstetem Toast
Gemüse-Bratlinge mit Käse, Ruccola, Lolo Rosso, mittelaltem Gouda, Zwiebelringen, grobem Pfeffer, Senf und Ketchup auf gerösteten Toast.

Geschmacklich und von der Konsistenz waren die Gemüsebratlinge in etwa wie gebratene, panierte Hühnerbrust. :-)

Zutaten mal wieder komplett von der Tafel Hamburg. :)

Sicher. Bin ich nicht, aber das heißt ja nicht, dass ich immer Tiere essen muss. :-) Da bin ich wirklich offen für fast alles, was essbar ist. ;-)

Ja, war es auch. Manchmal hatte ich aber auch schon Pech mit Fleischersatzprodukten, aber die waren wirklich vergleichbar, auch sehr lecker und würde ich direkt wieder nehmen. :)
