Window with no View

Window with no View
This is on the wall of a derelict building in Portsmouth, Hampshire. I liked the details and the textures of the brickwork and the wood used to board up the window.

Try viewing large to get the best effect.

I like that the tones of the wall and window boards complement each other so well. Your focus and clarity of detail are superb as ever Keith.

The colour tones in the bricks are lovely Keith. It's surprising what makes a good picture and what we notice in it, that we wouldn't, by just passing it by! I like it.

Hope the winds haven't caused too much damage in your area! Enjoy the rest of the breezy weekend Keith.

Thanks Rosa. Glad you like it.

No real damage here.........just a couple of bins blown over and my cosmos flowers have finally been vanquished - they're lying flat on the grass. I hope you were OK as well - I see from the news that some had it pretty bad :-(

A little TLC required here Keith, I like how the wall is a frame for the frame.
