Great shot, nice to see them

Lovely sight! They are one of my favourite birds. I have raised three of them after they were found as bits of flotsam on the ground. The Minahs push them out of the nest.

I've never seen a murmuration of starlings so this is good enough for me. Keith.

Well captured Keith. Many years ago, before I carried a camera everywhere, I wondered why there were so many cars parked along a narrow road on the Levels near Glastonbury. My daughter and I stopped and saw what they were waiting for. The murmurations they had all come to see were fantastic. I have been since with a camera but yet to get a good picture. I am enjoying yours though :-))

Glad you like this one Rosa. The starlings hang about near the cattle on the marshes..........apparently there's some tasty stuff in cow-pats!

Nicely captured, works well against the band of cloud in the background. There seem to be a lot of Starlings around this year which is really good to see.

I have seen such flight in my native place -- that is in tropics.
