He's eaten all the sunflower hearts we put out for the birds and now he's thirsty. There are now four squirrels visiting the garden and we're gonna need more seed and peanuts!

Eunice Perkins, Simon Downham, Jean Paul Capdeville, Jörg and 11 other people have particularly liked this photo

Gosh that's a tail to be proud of isn't it!!! It's all that good food you are feeding them Keith ;-))
We haven't had a problem with them this year so far. My late dog used to keep them away...I was always a little worried that she would snap at their tails, but they were far too quick getting away!

It's a beautiful picture Keith and a lovely blurry backdrop across the top.

Thanks Rosa. Glad you like it.

I enjoy watching the squirrels, but they're costing us a fortune in bird seed..!!

I find them very annoying and can they go through a fill of sunflower hearts at speed.

A superb capture and I love the sunlight highlighting its tail plus a nice bit of bokeh at the top., we have no problem with squirrels just jackdaws who eat everything in sight,

Décidement Keith, tu invites tout le monde à boire l'apéritif. Cette photo est géniale.Le chien qui parait surpris en dessous rajoute à l'aspect magique. J'insiste, tu as vraiment un jardin enchanté. Amicalement. Jean Paul

You're very kind Jean Paul............thank you. My garden only looks good if I only show small parts of it. Overall it is a bit untidy and messy!
