He's the same character as the one in our garden -again eating and burying the many horse-chestnuts from our neighbours giant trees. Of course he is joined by his mates too. - Great contrasty capture here. well done. - did you see last nights BBC TV news showing our Lancashire town, Formby - red squirrels caught in mid air by a photographic enthusiast. Great stuff.

Cheers, Herb

Glad you like him Herb.........thanks. No, I missed that programme. Maybe because I'm in a different BBC region. Some cracking shots in the link though.

You have captured the squirrel with superb detail Keith. Plenty for them to eat this time of year. One of the many places I am hoping to visit next year is Brownea Island, where there are lots of red squirrels. Can't help liking these cheeky greys though! A super shot.

Thanks Rosa................glad you like him. I used to get them in my garden until my neighbour got a dog, so seeing them in the park is lovely. It's not his fault he's considered an invasive species :-)

Brownsea is on my list as well!

Uh-oh, one of those little devils causing problems with your red squirrels. Well, he's cute anyway and you've gotten a great shot of him.
