What a sweet, natural work of art! I have never eaten a chestnut. In fact, I am not even aware of there being chestnut trees here in the west. Anyway, this is a superb photo, Keith!

When I was a lad you could find these being roasted over braziers by street food vendors. Beautiful eaten fresh and warm from a brown paper bag. You don't often see that nowadays ;-)

The last time I saw them in the UK was when I was a student at London University and there was a stall / brazier at or near Leicester Square. We're talking late 70s!
