Nu, ĉi-kaze ĝi estas nur ornamaĵo. Sed en vortaroj oni indikas la lokon de la akcento per ordinara akcent-signo, kaj la akcento en буква estas ĝuste sur la у. (Aŭ u, se vi preferas.)
