Neidpath Viaduct

Neidpath Viaduct
The Neidpath Viaduct is a stunning viaduct that lies to the west of Peebles. It's perhaps one of the most grand viaducts I've had the pleasure of walking over with the Tweed flowing underneath it's arches. Just beyond the bridge, the former railway line dived into the side of the hill, only emerging once it reached Peebles itself.

This was the first time I'd been here when the sun was shining on the viaduct and unfortunately, I managed to over expose all my photos but I managed to save this one. If the sun was striking the other side of the viaduct, you'd really get a good feel for the structure's curvature.
