Both. ;) It's us looking in as they are looking out. We see each other at the same time. Those bars look a bit scarey. I still would stand behind it to look down and see perhaps this Swedish photographer. Nice architecture, this building looks huge.

:) amazingly is it just a car park, but it seemed more prison like. Who's this Swedish photographer?!? :) or maybe you mean a Brit in Swedish disguise!

Jonathan Ward: haha...are you a Brit in Swedish disguise? Say not! You have a sort of Icelandic look to you though. Do you have any Norwegian background? Brits are cool. I was talking about YOU! Then again you pointed out something right, I cannot always assume a person living in Sweden is actually native blood of the country. You could past for Scottish. ;)

And btw I thought the exact same thing looking at those bars, I thought for a second I would see prisoners walking up to it and everything so darkkk. I doubt I would park my car in that place. Someone who has been to prison might freak out around me after looking at those bars!

Ah you have crushed my dreams! I thought you were a little Swedish one. You are still very cool to me. ;) Welcome Brit. How did you end up in Sweden? I think you should go back in disguise now. ;) POWER TO THE MIGHTY VIKINGS! They are unstoppable...I think you're mixed, Jonathan. Then again what do I know...haha. They say any light, fair skinned black person has mixes of Caucasian in them. My father has a background of Native American in his roots. Unfortunately a lot goes unsaid in the history and especially any intermixing when in some states are prohibited back way back then and even today with those with that mentality of thinking its wrong.
