Platanthera orbiculata (Round Leaved orchid or Pad Leaf orchid)

These images are the result of a day trip (465 miles or 750 km and 15 hours) to the Blue Ridge Parkway of North Carolina to photograph orchids and other wildflowers. I did see a few critters along the way, as well.
