That's the way it should work: local food production and small scale projects are always better than huge mega factories because of their much lower impact on the environment and cheaper cost.

.. The miller gets to keep the rice husks which is used to feed livestocks - nothing is wasted,
farmers gets more thru bartering than selling for money, plus they don't even have to travel out of their village.
