Talk about row houses.
Surely only 2 wheeled vehicles can go down that road. You really have to be careful going out your front door.
The double yellow lines mean 'no passing' here and they are in the middle of the road. ;-)

Actually I drove down there yesterday. There isn't a lot of room I agree, but people stand against the wall if you drive down there and they're walking. LOL. The double yellow lines mean no parking and even though if you have a disabled vehicle badge which enables you to park on those lines, if it means you cause an obstruction - you can't do it. Anything parked here would be a big obstruction, you couldn't push a pram/stroller down it if there was a car stopped.
