Daisy oh daisy,

just sit there blushing.

Having the same problems. I find if you persevere and repeat your actions several times you can get it to work eventually, but it's a real pain. Striking floral image, by the way!

Like you Jean I gave up but thankfully the team have restored things,
A fabulous capture that has turned a humble daisy into a star.

Lovely image, Jean. Bellis Daisy, isn't it?

Yes it is. I think it's the first flower I remember and through my childhood made daisy chains all through the summer. The second plant I knew was the dandelion which was referred to as wet the bed(the polite version). That was very common in Scotland at the time, perhaps a remnant of the Auld Alliance with France and pis en lit.

I love what you have done here Jean, - it is beautifully effective with the little daisy emerging from the background and that wonderful bokeh. It looks as if it just has its head above water. An excellent shot. Have a lovely Bank Holiday weekend
