This is the view from my apartment window until about March. The seaplanes in my previous photos are stored behind the white bulding on the right. They land and take off on that waterway. This is in Fort McMurray, Alberta.

Finally it's loaded and ready to go.

The end of the season for float planes!

This boat made a path through the ice.

Here in northern Alberta, the leaves are almost gone, ice is forming in still waters, and soon these airplanes have to be pulled out of the water.

I have no idea why these cars and trucks are here, but I thought it was interesting.
