On my way out to the car this morning, I nearly walked on this Bull snake. He was just over a meter long. It's nice to have them here because they eat mice and other pests.

I wouldn't want something like that in my garden.... luckily we don't have any snakes or big spiders here, just harmless flies and worms :D

These are beneficial snakes, non-venomous, and they eat rattlesnakes, so I don't mind them at all. :-))

I have to repeat what my brother said. I would not want to see something like that in my garden :) If they eat rattlesnakes they are going a good job. I did not even know we had these snakes in Canada :)

Well, the poison ones have rattles on their tails, so you can hear them.

Yes nice capture! I am pro-snake too many people kill them on sight, once day we will be overrun by mice and wonder what happened
