There is a new trend with hot rods, to make them cool with no shiny paint or chrome. They are usually called Rat rods.

This car has been modified with newer components, while keeping the look of 1962. It's so ugly, that it's cute! :-))

This belongs to a friend from Vancouver, and he's had it for about 25 years.

This morning I came back into the house for something to read, and when I came back out, I was surprised to see this deer. She was frightened of me though and drifted off. I should clean this window though. :-)))

How do you keep the birds from eating all the cherries before they're ripe? Why, you wrap the trees with netting, of course. :-))

I thought I'd share this short video of the weasel family that visits me. After playing for a while, their mother led away to hunt.

On my way out to the car this morning, I nearly walked on this Bull snake. He was just over a meter long. It's nice to have them here because they eat mice and other pests.
