Indisputable charm of the past and mystifying eternal China! The Longhua Temple is located next to the Longhua Pagoda; Situated in the southwest part of the city, Longhua Temple is a major attraction of Shanghai.; Legend says it that it was first built in 242 during the Three Kingdoms period when Sun Quan, king of Kingdom Wu, had built it to show his filial love to his mother; New skyscrappers of Shanghaï Pudong are gorgeous but do not caracterize China more than the others of the world; This place has been for us the expected China! Shanghaï was the beginning of our private tour in China before going to the aim of this trip, a long time awaited dreamed destination, the Yellow Mountains (Huang Shan) and also Chengde North East of Beijing, the Chinese town choosed by Emperors to 'Escape from the Heat'; Then we came back in Beijing to follow the classical Imperial group tour from Beijing to Xi'An, Shanghaï a second time, Suzhou, Guilin, Guangzhou and Hong Kong .Image taken with a poor pocket digital camera as in 2002 I was still making argentic slides; China Shanghaï Longhua Temple.

Guy Fougeres, David Yang have particularly liked this photo

Merci Deodatus!
