Zu Hintergrunddetails.
Diese Meinung kam insbesondere auf als Johannes Rau Bundespräsident war. Der war damals aus ganz praktischen und familiären Gründen in die damals unbewohnte Dienstvilla des Bundestagspräsidenten eingezogen. Der damalige Bundestagspräsident zog es ja bekanntermaßen vor in seiner alten Wohnung im Szenebezirk Prenzlauer Berg zu bleiben.
