Ublo The village is situated 6 km north of the natural park Vizovice Vizovické hills. Name of the village Ublo originated from a municipal name "ubl". This word meaning fountain or spring, where people built their homes. That was in the days on which we have no written evidence or archaeological findings. The only object that shows that Ublo and its surroundings have been settled much earlier, already in the Bronze Age, is found with a bronze hatchet tule. Found in the field Valušném under an ancient apple trees. Today the hatchet stored in Olomouc Museum. For times when Vizovice and all around were the rich, Mr. Smile of Střílek, who was also the owner of the estate brumovského and světlovského, founded the Aristocrat in Vizovice Cistercian monastery. Enumerated in the charter of any village, the property belonged to the monastery. For many villages, for Vizovice itself, these articles of incorporation was the first written mention of their existence and age. Ublo but it was not mentioned.
