Ist eigentlich ganz einfach. Man macht halt mehrere Fotos bei denen man nur leicht verschwenkt. Mit Microsoft ICE funktioniert dann das zusammenfügen meist sehr gut. Mit Photoshop geht das aber natürlich auch.
