I lived there in the eighties. Only 150 m behind the Berlin Wall.
I went back just now, at 25. anniversary of this historical day.
And I did not know before, that this famous photo - the jumping soldier - was made exactly in this place I lived before.

Die Mauer ist weg. Überleg mal, du hättest zu DDR Zeiten so ein Bild gebastelt und veröffentlicht.....
Eine schöne Erinnerung an diesen Tag. Ich habe es in Stille mit meiner Frau gefeiert.
