The Icelandic desert :-) 

I have been uploading photos from the desert here in Mauritania so I thought it was proper to show you our Icelandic desert :) Not that different landscape if you use a black and white film, but a little bit different climate :)

This little house is on top of the mountain Steingrímsfjarðarheiði, and it is used as a shelter for travelers if something goes wrong when they pass the mountain. We have to build these shelters a little bit differently than they do in the desert :)
