Outer Hebrides
DIY Fence, HFF.
I'm not convinced this fence serves it's purpose as it has a shortage of wire but plenty of coloured rope, Loch nan Caor, Isle of Harris, Outer Hebrides,
Large view please
Island Beach, HFF
Hushinish is a settlement of only four houses overlooking a white sand beach with views to the Atlantic and is a rather remote place at the end of a 12 mile single track class b road on the west coast of Harris in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland.
This was taken on a midsummer's day so social distancing is not a problem,
I think it looks better large
Callanish Stones, HFF
The stones are an arrangement of standing stones placed in a cruciform pattern with a central stone circle. They were erected in the late Neolithic era, and were a focus for ritual activity during the Bronze Age, Isle of Lewis, Outer Hebrides.
In 16.9 format so large viewing recommended,

Next stop the Arctic, HFF.
Records show this to be the windiest place in the UK. Look West from here and there's nothing between you and Northern Canada; look north and it's open ocean all the way to the Arctic. The Lighthouse stands 121ft high and was built between 1859 and 1862 by David and Thomas Stevenson,
The Butt of Lewis latitude 58°30.940'N and Longitude 006°15.717'W with a flashing white light every 5 seconds and a range of 25 nautical miles..
Pip showing rocks below the lighthouse on a calm day,

Butt of Lewis
Another image looking North West from the very top of the Outer Hebrides, View large to note the rock formations.
Part Fence, Part Boat.
A bit of a fence shortage at the moment so I hope this counts, you may be able to make out the ever changing coloured lights at the base of each post , Stornoway, Isle of Lewis,

Falls Fence HFF
A high level fence this week, Abhainn Mhor translates to great or big river which is a bit of an exaggeration but the falls are in my opinion quite attractive.
They are located on the Amhuinnsuidhe Castle Estate on the Isle of Harris. an island in the Outer Hebrides. a musical link, www.youtube.com/watch?v=Z9UR5-aP3gc
Wish you all a HFF and a safe weekend.
Loch Erisort
Flowing into the North Minch this is an 8 mile long narrow Sea Loch on the east coast of the Isle of Lewis in the Outer Hebrides
Large for detail please.
HFF and a good weekend but please continue to take care.
I will hopefully be fully back to normal IP service after the weekend.
Across the Minch
The Minch is a 70 mile Atlantic Ocean sea channel that separates the Outer Hebrides from the Isle of Skye and the mainland and is protected by seven lighthouses. it is criss- crossed by a number of ferries which often face weather related disruption.
A small part of the islands in the far distance is illuminated by a shaft of light from the evening sun and to the far left of the image is Skye's Waternish Point, beyond which can be seen through the mist one of the Shiant Islands (as indicated by a note)
Recommend a large view.
