Many thanks, Kyleakin is a quiet oasis on the island ever since the bridge was opened before that the island ferries arrived every few minutes and queues still stretched for miles at peak times.

I always get a surprise when I see the bridge in a photo because I have never seen it in real life, my last visit to Skye being in 1980!
Fab compo though! And I like the music although generally I prefer his pre-80s output.

Many thanks Andy, it is without doubt a stylish bridge and is a huge asset to the island especially for travel in the direction of Inverness, but we like many others still use the ferry from Mallaig as it saves a long drive around to reach the bridge, the down side is that ferry services have become very unreliable for all the islands,
