Kristin's hands aren't quite big enough for holding her cookie with one hand, but her other hand was busy keeping Blue in his chair. There were no child seats here- our only complaint. Otherwise, the place is fantastic! (Insomniacookies in Columbia, SC- insomniacookies.com)

I had a hard time making up my mind, but, as I recall, I finally settled for two freshly-baked white macadamia nut cookies topped with a center of chocolate chip mint ice cream. Columbia, SC- Insomniacookies.com

Meet Tyler

31 May 2014 92
Several weeks ago, when in the York/Harrisburg area of Pennsylvania, I met Tyler at a local church I visited on a college campus- The Narrow Road Church. So, here I am at the hotel in Pittsburgh last night (over five hours from Harrisburg) and I was out of coffee in the hotel room. I decided to walk down into the lobby to get some java. I heard a voice behind me asking someone if they were going to The Narrow Road Church tomorrow. Thinking the voice was talking to someone else in the lobby and that there must be another Narrow Road Church in the Pittsburgh area, I ignored the voice. Then, when I turned around, I saw Tyler standing across from me, along with his family. I was certainly surprised! So, what's the probability that of all the hundreds of hotels in Pittsburgh that he and his family would decide to check into my hotel? And what's the probability that I would crave a cup of coffee and walk into the lobby at the exact time that he and his family were checking in? Double coincidence? I think not. So, naturally, having someone to enjoy a late-dinner with, Tyler's wife and family were kind enough to dismiss him into my company so that I could have someone to talk to when I enjoyed some late-evening grub. We had a great time of fellowship, and my head finally hit the pillow sometime around 2 am. God is sooo good to give me some great company at the very time I was feeling worn-down, lonely, and depressed! Now, my batteries are recharged and I feel ready to take the world on again! :)
