He loved it! He absolutely loved it! And Kristin gets the credit for this shot. Kolton and I had worked up a little game. We'd swim* to the shallow area, he'd climb out and run around and jump back in, where I would be waiting back on the other side.

(*"Swim" is probably the wrong word for the way I swim- "survive non-gracefully without drowning" is probably a better way to describe my action in the water. But, either way, Kolton loved it!)
