From 1972 through 1977 I used to spend 3 weeks in Livigno, in July, with the "colonia" of my parents' company.
I'm sure that this is 1973, as it was the first year when we stayed at the "Lac Salin" hotel.
Also, looking at myself and compared to other pictures of that time, I can tell it's 1973...
