Is this camping more or less permanent? and who stays there?...without problems?

Indigenes (natives as they say here) have set up their plastic covers. They came by the hundreds to state their protest against government. They want their ancestors land back. When I came six weeks ago there were only two "tents" in the park, a very bourgios park as you can see from the Greek sculpture. No problems. Who cares?
