Hiked in West Vancouver today up to Blue Gentian Lake. This is where we had lunch. The picnic table is under about 8 feet of snow. A great day for a hike... then took my mother-in-law out for dinner for Mothers Day. Happy Mothers Day -

Finally some warm spring weather has arrived for us. Got up early today as I new it was going to be clear and nice sunrise. The sun is moving further north in the eastern sky breaking through these trees. Taken from my back deck. -

Supermoon 2012
Last night was another perigee of the moon. Last year on March 19th it was the closest in 18 years. It doesn't look much different. Last years was 400 km closer. I missed the rise over the horizon...boo hoo... but still a nice site. Also lucky to have cle… -

Angry Sky

Takeoff from Coal Harbour
