Ubuntu 8.04 Alpha4 has been released, so I took the chance on upgrading. If you are very new to Linux, you should wait until the final release comes in April.

How's it been? Any problems? Me, I'm experiencing memoryleaks in FF after upgrading to Ubuntu GG. It usually happens if the computer has been on for several hours in a row with FF open. But I haven't bothered to fix it yet.. *lazy*

Let us know if it's more slow and heavy and buggy, as usual with the last versions ;-)

I don't feel like it's slower, if anything the start up process (after logging in) might actually be a bit faster. But it definitely is more buggy, which of course is expected from an alpha. I wish I'd have waited for the next Alpha I think, this one is a little scary... :)
