Well, now I know what a scissor lift is. This one looks well used and colourful if messy. Looks as if they just add a new bit of plastic protection on top of any damage. I'm intrigued by the 10mins before using notice. With me it would be panic for 10mins before using.

This was packed up for the weekend, Jean. Could be just an ingenious use of stuff lying around.

I normally think of these as skylifts, which is a brand name.

So that's what they call those stand on and raise up thingies. Though this one look like the bag-lady's rejects. Makes a nice assemblage of colors and textures,anyway.

Yes, it could well have been fitted out by a homeless person, DIane. Or the construction workers could have fitted it out to conceal a sleeping homeless person.
